GENOMICA is proud to announce that GenomicApp, the advanced mobile app designed to facilitate customers in consulting and managing reports, invoices and accounting, active commercial quotations, technical and marketing documentation, has been enhanced with the integration of new features.



It is now possible to obtain information about the analyses to be performed on biological samples sent to the Laboratory from the moment the samples are accepted.
Specifically, you can view information on:

Sample acceptance date:: this feature allows you to verify that the samples sent to GENOMICA have been received in the laboratory;

Sample suitability: this feature allows you to verify that the samples are suitable for the specific requested analysis;

Processing status: this feature allows you to check the status of the analysis in the workflow;

Expected reporting date: this feature provides information regarding the expected date the analysis will completed of the test results will be reported.



✔️Consultation and management of test reports from mobile: you can view or download results for the samples sent to the lab for analysis and share reports directly with your patients;

✔️Invoices and accounting situation: you can view or download your invoices directly on your phone or tablet and have a look to your accounting situation

✔️ Commercial quotations: you can view or download your active quotation on our portfolio of genetic tests, always updated with the latest diagnostic tests introduced;

✔️Brochures and marketing material on the main genetic tests: you can view or download and share marketing material directly with your patients;

✔️Technical documentation on the main genetic tests: : such as technical reports, sample reports, operating manuals, which you can view, download or print;

✔️Test requisition forms and informed consent forms: which you can view, download or print;

✔️Tutorials: you will be able to view tutorials on the main genetic tests or on the sampling methods;

✔️Logistics: you can request pick-up of biological samples to be sent to Genomica with a simple click;

✔️Sample collection methods: you will be able to view the Vademecum containing information on the sample collection methods, the type of sample, the quantity and the shipping conditions, for each test the Genomica’s portfolio;

✔️Scientific news:: you will always be able to stay updated on the latest diagnostic innovations introduced by Genomica and on the most important scientific discoveries in the field of Genetics;

✔️Customer Service: you can request real-time support, to be guided and assisted in every phase of the diagnostic process, from collection/shipment of samples to reporting and interpretation of test results. If you have questions or need assistance, highly qualified staff will be available to provide you with the answers and information you need.

✔️Notifications: you can receive push notifications.

GenomicApp is available on the Apple Store and Google Play.
Search the stores for GenomicApp by typing “Genomica”, or click on one of the icons below or frame the QR code with your mobile phone camera to download GenomicApp:






After downloading GenomicApp, log in with the same credentials used to access to the online reporting area. Subsequently the system will ask you if you want to select the biometric access method (fingerprint or FaceID), which will allow you to avoid having to type credentials access for the future.
